Who was the client?
Johnson Diversey is a supplier of sanitation, foodservice, and cleaning products in 160 countries. They provide a host of value added products, and a fleet of consumer products
found at retail locations around the United
States and Canada.
What was the project?
In seeking to better serve their corporate clients JD established an online ordering and tracking
tool for non-resale and cleaning items. The procurement process has long been a point of significant inefficiency and even pilfering especially in organizations with multiple locations like retail stores and industrial facilities. JD’s tool needed a clear image by which to relate its full potential to scrutinizing corporate clients. CONNEXION was the solution. A branded website complete with animated product demos and step-by-step benefits and features would serve as the primary marketing tool for JD’s sales force to use as they shared the advantages of CONNEXION.
What was my role?
My role was to understand what content was most pertinent to those who would be in the market for CONNEXION, assist in developing the brand itself, and develop the means by which the information would be most easily understood. I would touch nearly every part of the production by the time the site was complete.
